By downloading, accessing, or using the GraceSpace mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

GraceSpace provides a personal spiritual journey companion through our mobile application, offering features including but not limited to:

Personalized Bible study content
Guided prayer exercises
Daily devotionals and inspirational content
Spiritual journaling tools
Audio episodes and short-form content

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

You agree not to submit content that:

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of GraceSpace or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

The spiritual content provided through our App is for informational and inspirational purposes only and should not be considered as professional religious counseling.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GraceSpace and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GraceSpace, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and through in-app notifications. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
